We at Empowering Families Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics understand that every
person is different and unique in their own way and thus requires specific needs, tailor made to
suit their personality. Our Company therefore provides a complete specialized system which
includes comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, medication options as well as treatment plans
from a neuro-developmental approach. Our mission is to work closely with the patient with
their support so as to provide them with the most appropriate method and treatment which
will enhance their development process.
At Empowering Families, we encourage a system which uses a neurosequential approach for
treatments which has been developed in line with the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics
(NMT). This system had been developed by Dr. Bruce D. Perry, M.D., Ph.D. of the Child Trauma
Academy in Houston Texas.
