DynaMotive Receives Award from Canadian Institute of Energy for Outstanding Achievement in the Renewable Energy Field
CANADA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, VANCOUVER, Apr. 3 -/E-Wire/-- DynaMotive Energy Systems Corporation (OTCBB: DYMTF) has received The Energy Research and Development Award from the Canadian Institute of Energy for its project, “BioTherm Technology: Renewable Fuels from Biomass Wasteâ€쳌. The award recognizes outstanding R&D; achievement in the field of energy technology in British Columbia. Previous award winners include Ballard Power Systems Inc. and Westport Innovations Inc. Mr. Trent Berry, Chair of the Canadian Institute of Energy, Vancouver Branch, presented the award to DynaMotive at a luncheon held at the Four Season’s Hotel in Vancouver on March 27.
Receiving the award on behalf of DynaMotive, Mr. Rodolfo Guido Chief Operating Officer said: “We are very pleased to have been selected by the Canadian Institute of Energy for this prestigious award. British Columbia is a renewable energy innovation centre with the emergence of leading technologies in fuel cells, gasification, and fuel delivery systems developed in the region and exported worldwide. DynaMotive’s BioOil technology is yet a further exponent of British Columbia’s R&D; capability.â€쳌
