Terms of Service — eWire

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of eWire, operated by Technetwork 2 LLC dba ai.ventures. By creating an account or submitting a release you agree to be bound by them.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, including programmatic submissions via API keys you issue.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content.
Impersonate any person or company you do not have authority to publish on behalf of.
Make unsupported financial claims, medical claims without proper disclosure, or claims that would mislead a reasonable reader.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or distribution partners.
Submit malware, spam, or content designed to manipulate search rankings.

4. Editorial standards & scoring

Every release submitted through the console or the API is scored against our editorial rubric. Releases below the publish threshold are blocked from distribution. Paid tiers may request override on a case-by-case basis subject to tier limits and our right to refuse. We may pause distribution, revoke API keys, or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit content failing the rubric or violating §3.

5. Distribution

We syndicate published releases to third-party networks. We do not guarantee pickup by any specific outlet, ranking, or traffic outcome. Published releases are public and may be cached, archived, or republished by third parties. Takedown after distribution is best-effort.

6. Your content & license

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant eWire a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, modify (for formatting and scoring), distribute, and sublicense to distribution partners for the purpose of providing the service. You represent you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, via Stripe. Plans renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice for renewals.

8. AI output

AI-generated drafts and scorecards are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any draft before publishing. AI may produce inaccurate, biased, or fabricated information. Final responsibility for published content is yours.

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or applicable law. On termination, your access ends; published releases remain in the public record.

10. Disclaimers

EWIRE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EWIRE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold eWire and ai.ventures harmless from claims arising out of content you submit or your violation of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
