ARIZONA, PHOENIX, Feb. 27 -/E-Wire/-- Solpower Corporation (OTCBB:SLPW - news), a publicly traded company, is pleased to announce that SP34E(TM) is now available throughout the United States by simply calling 1.800.YOUR.AIR.

The response to SP34E(TM) has been phenomenal since its introduction by our U.S. distributor, Environmental Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:EVTC), at the ASHRAE conference in Atlanta last month. Inquiries from various governmental agencies and numerous significant potential users of refrigerants have been received requesting information on SP34E(TM) and its availability. The first shipment of SP34E(TM) will be made to EVTC in March in time for the 2001 refrigerant season. SP34E(TM) is the only 100% non-HCFC, long-term alternative refrigerant for CFC R-12 systems that is both a non-ozone depleting, and a near drop-in alternative refrigerant, which is compatible with both mineral oil and PAG oil. This makes SP34E(TM) suitable for both stationary and mobile CFC R-12 applications in the HVAC/R markets.

EVTC's Environmental Materials Corporation subsidiary, will be distributing SP34E(TM) to the automotive market in the U.S., and the EVTC's Full-Circle, Inc., and their Nth Degree on-site refrigeration service fleet, will be offering SP34E(TM) to the HVAC/R markets.
