Enviro-Energy Corporation Subsidiary Recruits Previous Nasdaq CEO

WASHINGTON, SPOKANE, May. 23 -/E-Wire/-- Enviro-Energy Corporation (OTCBB:ENGY Germany: 676401-EVM.BER) is pleased to announce that Mr. Thomas Bowers has joined the management team of the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Energy Flow Management Inc. (EFMI), as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Thomas Bowers has served as an officer and/or director of three public companies: CEO/President, Board member of Pacific Energy Resources Inc. (a NASDAQ company involved in alternative energy/fuel company); CEO/Board member, World Transport Authority Inc. (an OTC BB organization that conceived, designed, manufactured, sold and installed proprietary utility vehicles for sale to developing/emerging countries); Chief Operating Officer, Friendly Energy Corporation, (an OTC BB natural gas contract negotiator, block energy reseller and generation system operator based in California).

Mr. Bowers brings considerable operating, management and educational experience to the company. His successful background in utility- and energy-related fields, both nationally and internationally, is expected to enhance the company's performance in its emerging bio-waste-to-energy business. His formal education includes both MA and MBA degrees from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mr. Bowers will maintain offices in the new corporate facility in Spokane, Washington, and in Carpinteria, California.
