Aqua Care Systems, Inc. Licenses Dissolved Air Flotation Systems from Industrial Waste Water Services, LLC

CALIFORNIA, VISTA, Aug. 1 -/E-Wire/-- Aqua Care Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: AQCR) today announced that it has obtained from Industrial Waste Water Services, LLC. (IWWS), a license to market and manufacturer of Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) wastewater treatment systems. This license will give ACS access to award winning wastewater treatment technology and allow it to expand its product offerings.

ACS will initially target the Industrial Laundry and Food Processing Industries with the IWWS system. In both industries IWWS consistently meets or exceeds sewer discharge limits and has won various awards including one for a poultry further processing plant in Gainsville, Georgia where they achieved full discharge compliance without using any form of biological treatment. In one industrial laundry operation, IWWS has gained precise control over the waste stream meeting all discharge limits and reducing chemical costs to $1.30 per thousand gallons of treated water. The same laundry achieves 50% water reuse saving 22,000 gallons of water per day. The owner recycles the water for rinse operations reducing water bills and sewer costs by 50%.
