CALIFORNIA, PASADENA, Aug. 20 -/E-Wire/-- American Soil Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: SOYL) announced today that it has entered into an Exclusive Distributorship Agreement with Stockhausen, Inc. in the Agricultural industry
Carl Ranno the president and CEO of American Soil Technologies stated, "The agreement with Stockhausen, Inc. includes the states of New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Iowa, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, Kansas, Texas, North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska. Additional geographical territories may be added as mutually agreed by the parties". Mr. Ranno went on to state, "We are very pleased to have this opportunity to distribute the Stockhausen products in that they are of the highest quality cross-link and linear polymer products available for water and nutrient retention in the Agricultural industry. The use of these products results in reduced water usage, increased crop yield and they are environmentally friendly. We anticipate a substantial increase in our revenues because of this exclusive agreement."
