ELGT'S Subsidiary Atmospheric Water Technology, Inc. ("AWT") Executes Exclusive Distributorship Agreement for Israel

TEXAS, DALLAS, Aug. 28 -/E-Wire/-- Electric & Gas Technology Inc; ( "ELGT") NASDAQ Bulletin Board. announced today execution by its Atmospheric Water Technology, Inc. ("A WT") with Water Less Israel Ltd. ("WIL") who will establish an exclusive distributorship to pursue sales of AWT's unique WATERMAKER (tm) products which produce healthy purified drinking water from the "atmospherc air we breathe".

AWT wiil ship an initial order of $20,000 containing a 150 gallon (567 liters) per day unit and two 5 gallon WATER MAKERS (tm) to be used for "Proof of Performance" and demonstration to potential Israeli Customers.

The agreement is for one year and depending on successful sales will be renewed for up to five years based on up to $1,000,000 minimum annual sales which may be negotiated at time of renewal.

The agreement includes right to sell systems to the Palestinian area.

Zhnmerman stated that such initial systems to be shipped during September will demonstrate the continuous production of healthy purified drinking water and will serve as a basis for large multi milIion dollar systems for industry, hospitais, schools, government offices and military supported by three U.S Patents and three Copyrights.

There is no limit to the amount of water available in the atmosphere which provides efficient operation of unit Systems at minimum 50 degrees F and 30 degrees relative humidity and increases substantially at higher temperature and humidity such as exists in the middle east and Israel an other major population areas of the World.

Separately AWT advised that an agreement has been made with a group known as "Water for Life" Foundation which is based on evangelical efforts to finance and supply the urgent drinking water needs of many less financially able nations including the Caribbean nations and West Africa Nations.

ELGT recently announced the purchase and closing of the acquisition for the assets and business operations of Dallas based Garland Manufactriring Co. which will substantially add to the Watermaker manufacturing process.
