New environmental business opportunity with leading Mexico based

(OTC Bulletin Board: BUGS) said today that it has signed a Project Teaming Agreement with Servicios EcÃ³logicos Especializados, S.A. De C.V. (SEESA), a Grupo Protexa Division Ecologica company, to provide environmental consulting, engineering and above and below ground surface bioremediation services at sites impacted with petroleum hydrocarbons and/or other constituents.

SSWM will work in partnership with SEESA and its client's throughout Mexico to provide state of the art environmental site bioremediation services in response to increased industry corporate awareness programs for responsible care in concert with ever increasing environmental compliance mandated by the government of Mexico. We anticipate $5 Million in sales revenues to SSWM over the next 24 months from this business relationship."
