TEXAS, LONGVIEW, Mar. 6 -/E-Wire/-- Summit Environmental Corporation, Inc. (OTC BB SEVT) today announced the sale of FirePower 911â¢ to its distributor in Norway - Techno Supplies. Techno Supplies sells products to municipal and military fire departments.

On Thursday, February 22, 2001, FirePower 911â¢ and FlameOutÂ® II (Summit's alternative for the cancer causing fire agent AFFF) were presented at a meeting of all the fire chiefs (municipal and military) of Norway. The initial order of two pallets of FirePower 911â¢ shipped last week. Subsequent orders will be in 20' or 40' containers under a Norwegian private label.

In other International News, Summit has received, through its strategic alliance partner MPI, its first official rating approved for our fire fighting foam concentrate in Brazil. " I have learned we are very close to shipping product to Brazil, from the information I have recieved from our partner for South America," states Keith Parker, CEO.

Summit through its strategic alliance partner First Class Marketing has been working for approximately a year in various international venues. Mr. Russ Hall and his company First Class Marketing, have currently concluded on a world marketing tour making presentations for FlameOutÂ®, FirePower 911â¢, Ultimate Absorbâ¢ and Pannache in Sir Lanka, China, Japan and South Africa. Product presentations and demonstrations were conducted during this tour. "Many of the global product certifications which FlameOutÂ® and FirePower 911â¢ have been going through are in their final phases," states Summit CEO, Keith Parker.

The company has just received its first order due to Russ's efforts going to Johannesburg, South Africa. FlameOutÂ® will be used to bring under control a fire in a sawdust pit that has been burning for 5 months. Every time it rains, and/or the wind changes directions, new blankets of smoke engulf large municipal and residential areas. The order for the 750 gallons of FlameOutÂ® is for the existing pit fire which is 150 meters by 80 meters by 20 meters deep. During the discussions between the client in South Africa and The Company it was learned that there are 60 such sawdust pits in this area of South Africa. FlameOutÂ® was selected as it is the only NFPA 18 approved fire suppressant with UL 162 listing for hydrocarbon encapsulation. " The encapsulation capabilities and the unique UL 162 listing for FlameOutÂ® is what sets FlameOutÂ® apart from other wetting agents and low density foams. And of course, FlameOutÂ® is non-toxic and rapidly biodegradable," adds Parker. As an additional note, FlameOutÂ® is in the middle of its official testing by the United States Forestry Services in Missoula, Montana. Completion date is the middle of 2002.
