PSEG Named Environment Leader by Scientific American Magazine

NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, Nov. 11 -/E-Wire/-- Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG/NYSE:PEG) has been named by Scientific American magazine as company leader on the environment and is included as one of the Scientific American 50 รขย€ย“ the noted magazine's first list recognizing contributions from the past year to science and technology providing a vision of a better future.

The Scientific American 50 was announced today and makes its debut in the magazine's December issue that will reach newsstands Nov. 18. The complete list also may be accessed after Nov. 11 on the magazine's website: www.sciam.com.

PSEG was recognized by Scientific American's Board of Editors for its "constructive, progressive attitude toward reducing emissions that pose hazards as pollutants or as greenhouse gases."
