Napier Environmental Technologies Inc.: Executive Appointments
CANADA, Nov. 25 -/E-Wire/Business Wire/-- Napier Environmental Technologies Inc. (TSX:NIR) announces that Frank Dixon has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer effective November 25, 2002.
Mr. Dixon was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of International BioRecovery Corporation, President and COO of IcePro International, Inc., President and Chief Executive Officer of BC Transit and Senior Vice President, Development U.S. of Canadian Pacific Railway. He has extensive senior management and operating experience with public companies and the environmental sector.
Concurrently, Brad Aelicks, a Director who served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and President, has been appointed Executive Vice President.
Lionel Dodd, Chairman of the Board, said, "Frank's appointment was the result of an extensive search with a large number of candidates. The Board believes that Frank has the experience and personal qualities to build upon Napier's considerable recent progress and lead the company to the next level. We are also very pleased that Brad will continue to directly contribute to the success of Napier."
