Pacific Sands, Inc. Secures UK Eco One Distribution Deal

Trade Standards Office Approves Eco One for Sale in Britain

CALIFORNIA, CLOVIS, Dec. 4 -/E-Wire/-- Pacific Sands (OTCBB:PFSD) announced today that Horsham Pool Service will act as the exclusive United Kingdom distributor for the earth and health friendly Eco One spa care products.

Horsham has committed to "do what is necessary to bring (Eco One) to both the public and hot tub / pool suppliers throughout the country." Horsham has completed the most essential step for UK Eco One sales by securing approval from the British Trading Standards Office.

While sales efforts are to begin immediately, Horsham expects to officially launch the product at the UK swimming pool tradeshow in January of 2003.

"Opening our first European market for Eco One represents a significant milestone for Pacific Sands," stated company president, Stanley Paulus. "Achieving the British Trading Standards Office approval may potentially help open the door for Eco One distribution throughout all of Europe."

Horsham's initial product order represents the largest single shipment of Eco One since the product's retail introduction in the spring of 2001.
