SeaLife Expands Internationally; Field Testing Program Includes Carnival Cruise Lines and Grand Banks Yachts

CALIFORNIA, CULVER CITY, Feb. 7 -/E-Wire/Business Wire/-- SeaLifeCorporation (OTCBB:SLIF), is pleased to announce its expansion to international markets. International Field Testing of SeaLife 1000 Anti-Foul Paints is in progress with Carnival Cruise Lines (UK) and Grand Banks Yachts (Singapore).

Marika Borofsky, VP of Corporate & Media Communications, stated, "The response to our marine products has been phenomenal and we are now field testing in Sweden, Brazil, Korea and Canada. Some of the world's largest vessel operators, such as Carnival Cruise Lines, (UK) and renowned yacht manufacturers, including Grand Banks Yachts (Singapore) are currently in our Program of International Field Testing and yielding positive results. We are now forecasting remarkable results of our environmentally safe, high performance coatings which meet the stringent requirements of The International Maritime Organization (IMO), a United Nations agency responsible for applying environmentally safe standards to the world's maritime industry.

"Further, the company will participate in the upcoming 68th Stockholm International Boat Fair (Sweden), one of Europe's preeminent exhibits for the marine industry, showcasing more than 500 vendors, with 150,000 visitors expected to attend. We are currently in negotiations with national & international distributors of marine coatings. Environmental concerns are global and so is our market."

David Westover of Master Argonaut, marine management located in Marina Del Rey, CA stated, "This is absolutely the best anti-foul paint I have seen in my 25 years in the marine industry. SeaLife 1000 is easy to apply, goes on smoothly, and quickly dries to an even smoother surface. In overseeing a vessel painted with SeaLife 1000, I was amazed to watch the hull remain completely foul free -- despite sitting still in a stagnant part of the marina for over 8 months. There was no evidence of tubeworms or barnacles or any other type of fouling. I would highly recommend SeaLife 1000 to anybody who wants an effective, long lasting anti-foul paint."

Coatings World, ranked No. 1 as the "most-read magazine" in a recent independent Harvey Research study covering the paint and adhesives industries will be featuring SeaLife Corporation and its marine products in its upcoming May 2003 issue. The international publication features articles and news reporting on new technologies, production and marketing in the industry and is read by R&D; chemists, corporate management, sales and marketing professionals, purchasing executives and production/plant managers at the world's leading paint and coatings companies

The company's resolve is to capture a substantial share of the highly regulated $8 billion global anti-foul coating market with its proprietary technology, the result of 12 years of research conducted by prominent laboratories in the United States and Europe. This break-through technology has made it possible to effectively replace the commonly used anti-fouling agent Tributyl tin (TBT), a toxic compound banned globally as of January 1, 2003. SeaLife Corporation is able to provide its customers with 2003-compliant anti-foul coatings that meet the stringent requirements of The International Maritime Organization (IMO), The United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and local EPA agencies, and will continue to introduce new quality products based on its innovative enviro-technology, offering simple, economic solutions to the complex problems of environmental pollution.
