WHAT: Press conference to announce major developments on the progress of a federal manatee protection lawsuit filed in January 2000 by a coalition of 19 environmental, animal protection, and public interest organizations against the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and Secretary of the Interior Bruce Babbitt.
