Nuclear Solutions, Inc. Appoints Director of Russian Business Development

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 -/E-Wire/-- Nuclear Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: NSOL) has appointed Dr. Alexander Nigmatulin as its first Director of Russian Business Development. Dr. Nigmatulin, a prominent Russian business and technology leader, was one of the first Russian entrepreneurs to take advantage of his country's economic reforms in order to establish successful business and technology ventures with western entities.

In his new role with Nuclear Solutions, Dr. Nigmatulin will be based in Moscow and will assist the company in its research, product development and commercialization efforts via Russian scientific and nuclear research institutions.

Dr. Nigmatulin also serves as Director of the Laboratory for Advanced Superconductive Materials at the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys. The laboratory supplies superconducting materials to scientific research laboratories, such as the Italian Atomic Agency and Oak Ridge National Laboratory in the United States. Dr. Nigmatulin holds a master's degree in Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and a doctorate in Applied Physics from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys.
