SeaLife Corporation Announces

Large Scale Commercial Applications of ProTerra AG in 8 Countries

Revolutionary New Product Increases Crop Yield 80%-200%

CALIFORNIA, CULVER CITY, Apr. 1 -/E-Wire/Business Wire/-- SeaLife Corporation (OTCBB:SLIF) is pleased to announce large-scale commercial application of its revolutionary and proprietary soil conditioner, ProTerra AG. SeaLife Corporation representatives have successfully negotiated purchase orders for commercial application of ProTerra AG in 6 countries: Belgium, Spain, Germany, France, Switzerland and the U.K. Additional large-scale applications will begin in Australia and Northern Ireland on sugarcane and potatoes, respectively. SeaLife Corporation projects these initial international commercial applications to yield in excess of $1,000,000 in revenues within the next 12 months.

Promoting a new direction in soil enhancement technology, ProTerra AG increases crop yields between 80%-200%, reduces water usage 40%, and fertilizer and pesticide applications 80%-90%. The result of 15 years of research and testing, ProTerra AG effectively restructures soils damaged by the overuse of fertilizers, pesticides, and poor quality irrigation water. Ecologically compatible, the uniquely formulated soil conditioner provides substantial financial and environmental benefits to a rapidly expanding customer base, proving especially important in developing countries where natural resources, including water, are in short supply and highly toxic pesticides are still commonly used, causing contamination of the ground water.

Robert McCaslin, CEO of SeaLife Corporation, added: "The global market for ProTerra AG is considerable, as our proprietary technology can literally be applied to anything that grows -- from the potted plant to uncountable acres of wheat, corn and other crops worldwide. The cost-saving benefits of ProTerra AG are a tremendous incentive for its use and we intend to pursue additional targeted markets, domestically as well as internationally."

SeaLife Corporation, an environmental bio-tech company, is the developer and manufacturer of SeaLife Anti-Foul Paints, uniquely formulated, environmentally safe, anti-foul, anti-corrosive coatings for the commercial maritime industry, the military, and the recreational boat owner. The company's proprietary technology, the result of 12 years of research conducted by prominent laboratories in the United States and Europe, has made it possible to effectively replace the commonly used anti-fouling agent Tributyl tin (TBT), a toxic compound banned globally as of January 1, 2003. SeaLife Corporation is able to provide its customers with 2003-compliant anti-foul coatings that meet the stringent requirements of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), and local EPA agencies. SeaLife Corporation will continue to introduce new quality products based on its innovative enviro-technology, offering simple, economic solutions to the complex problems of environmental pollution.
