First American and Honeywell to explore potential to form a strategic

alliance offering turnkey energy conservation solutions

CANADA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, VANCOUVER, Mar. 14 -/E-Wire/-- C.L. Kantonen, Chairman of FASC is pleased to announce that, after preliminary discussions and successful meetings in Toronto, FASC and Honeywell have decided to commence a formal 9 step process to assess the potential of the two companies forming a strategic alliance to include the KDS Micronex™ in Honeywell's product offering.

Honeywell is a leader in the field of energy conservation with a 30 year track record providing turnkey, self funded performance based energy conservation solutions to industry.

According to Honeywell, the addition of the Micronex product to Honeywell's product offering would be "strategically important" and they "are confident that Honeywell can be a value added partner in developing new markets and applications for the Micronex™ ".

The process, leading to the development of a Memorandum of Understanding, is to begin immediately.
