CYGENE LABORATORIES RECEIVES NOTICE OF ALLOWANCE ON NEW SIGNAL AMPLIFICATION TECHNOLOGY FROM U.S. PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE

CORAL SPRINGS, FLORIDA, Nov. 18 -/E-Wire/-- CyGene Laboratories, Inc. (OTC BB: CYGE.OB) announced today that its has received notice from the United States Patent and Trademark Office that it has approved and will issue a patent for the company's first generation signal amplification technology. This new technology allows for early detection of infectious diseases and cancers as well as contamination in food, air and water. To date, CyGene has been issued three patents that can be used for highly accurate isolation of DNA and RNA targets and focus on the elimination/reduction of false positive results. The company's new patent is the first in a series of technologies being developed to focus on the elimination/reduction of false negative results.
