CYGENE LABORATORIES' FILING OF THIRD-QUARTER RESULTS DELAYED

CORAL SPRINGS, FLORIDA, Nov. 20 -/E-Wire/-- CyGene Laboratories, Inc. (OTC BB: CYGE.OB) announced today that its 10-QSB quarterly filing for the period ended September 30, 2003 will be delayed pending the completion of the company's audit in conjunction with its merger with Transpirator Technologies, Inc.

As previously announced, CyGene, Inc. executed a definitive merger agreement effective September 30th, 2003 with Transpirator Technologies, Inc. The result of this transaction will accelerate the company's efforts to begin marketing low cost commercialized genetic profiling to the public.
