ADEXS Forms Alliance with The Wercs, Ltd.

Collaboration to Deliver Document Automation Capabilities to Joint Customers

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, Dec. 4 -/E-Wire/Business Wire/-- ADEXS, a leading provider of hosted, inter-company document exchange and management services today announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Albany, New York-based, The Wercs, Ltd. -- a global leader in Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) authoring software. Through integration of the applications and services, The Wercs, Ltd. will make available automated hazardous materials communication tools, specifically MSDS authoring automation, to customers of ADEXS' MSDSonline(TM) business unit, which is focused on electronic MSDS access, management and deployment services.

Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will jointly work with customers to provide a world-class automated solution for MSDS management that covers everything from MSDS document creation, to hosted MSDS access and storage, to complete downstream distribution and enterprise wide deployment.

The agreement also allows The Wercs, Ltd. to promote and leverage its Technical Data Sheet authoring module through ADEXS' DOCeXCHANGE(TM) suite of services, which enable customers to exchange documents with any trading partner in a format that is instantly familiar and easily accessible for all parties in a supply chain, regardless of their existing technologies and with no impact on existing business processes.
