ESI 2000 'TANKLESS' Water Heater Could Save Residential Customers Over $25 Billion on Wasted Energy

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, Dec. 17 -/E-Wire/-- Envirotech Systems Worldwide, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TSYW ), global provider of water heaters for residential and commercial properties, announced volume shipments of its new award-winning "tankless" water heater. Unlike a conventional water heater, which continuously heats water and stores it in a tank until needed, the ESI 2000 "tankless" water heater only heats water upon demand, which significantly reduces the amount of energy spent heating water during off peak times of the day or when buildings or facilities are unoccupied. "The ESI 2000 is the only 'tankless' water heater that uses sophisticated microprocessor and flow sensing technology to make sure endless hot water is available within seconds," said Gary Gordon, CEO.

New "tankless" award-winning system delivers an endless supply of hot water for showers, cleaning, and cooking to homes, cabins, apartments, commercial buildings and other types of structures. A U.S. Department of Energy Study of Tank Water Heaters found that the conventional water heating process consumes 20% or more of an average household's annual energy expenditure, which is approximately $450 per year for homes with an electric water heater. In cities with more than 250,000 homes energy costs that could be saved using "tankless" water heaters are estimated to be over $56 million per year. On a national level, that's over $25 billion dollars spent to heat water that is never used!

In 1998, Envirotech Systems Worldwide, Inc. was founded by Gary Gordon and Drew Hruska, who recognized the potential market for "tankless" water heaters as a cost-effective and energy-efficient means of providing hot water.
