WESTON Awarded Construction and Renovation Contract for Umm Qasr Naval Base in Iraq under AFCEE WERC Contract

WEST CHESTER, PENNSYLVANIA, Feb. 2 -/E-Wire/Business Wire/-- Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON(R)), announced today the award of a $10.2 million task order under their Worldwide Environmental Restoration and Construction (WERC) contract supporting the Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE), Brooks AFB, TX. The competed task order will support the Iraq Coalition Provisional Authority mission in Umm Qasr.

WESTON will work with AFCEE and the Coalition Military Assistance Training Team (CMATT) to provide construction and renovation services in support of the revitalization efforts of the Iraqi Armed Forces at Umm Qasr Naval Base. As one of the December 2003 awardees of the $4 billion WERC contract, WESTON is uniquely positioned to offer facility remediation and construction services to AFCEE clients worldwide.
