WCI Announces Annual Shareholders' Meeting
BONITA SPRINGS, FLORIDA, Apr. 20 -/E-Wire/Business Wire/-- WCI Communities, Inc. (NYSE:WCI), named America's Best Builder 2004 by the National Association of Home Builders and Builder Magazine, today announced plans for its annual shareholders' meeting. The meeting will be held Thursday, May 20, 2004 beginning at 10 A.M. EDT at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, 5001 Coconut Point Road, Bonita Springs, Florida. The company expects to mail its annual report and proxy statement to shareholders the week of April 19, 2004.
