Wavefront Energy and Environmental Signs Agreement with

Environmental Resources Management North East Inc.

Sales, Distribution, and Implementation Agreement for Pressure Pulse Technology (PPT)

CANADA, Apr. 22 -/E-Wire/-- Wavefront Energy and Environmental Services Inc. (the "Company"), a provider of innovative technologies for fluid flow optimization and monitoring processes, is pleased to announce it has entered into a non-exclusive marketing, distribution, and implementation agreement with Environmental Resources Management North East Inc. (ERM) of Boston, MA.

ERM is one of the world's leading providers of environmental consulting services delivering innovative solutions for leading business and government clients, assisting them in managing their environmental and related risks. ERM is a privately held company with over 100 offices in 37 countries, and a staff of over 2,400.
