Sonic completes all required regulatory tests

CANADA, Jun. 15 -/E-Wire/-- Adam R. Sumel, President and CEO of Sonic Environmental Solutions Inc. (SNV.TSX Venture) is pleased to announce that pursuant to our news release dated May 18th 2004 the Company has completed the required demonstration testing for regulatory approval of our proprietary PCB destruction process. The final testing for British Columbia Ministry approval was completed on Friday, June 11, 2004.

A total of three tests will be reported to the Ministry as part of a formal request required for approval of our process, for commercial use in British Columbia. Exhaustive emissions and treatment samples were taken for analysis to replicate the results Sonic had previously obtained and independently validated. The Company will announce the test results in the near term once they have all been received and compiled.

The Company is also pleased to announce that all outstanding share purchase warrants from our December, 2002 financing (due June 11th 2004) have been exercised. This has provided Sonic with an additional $2.2 million dollars in working capital.
