Ecoloclean of Texas, Inc. Receives Service Agreement and Contract

CRYSTAL CITY, TEXAS, Jul. 28 -/E-Wire/-- Ecoloclean of Texas, Inc., a division of Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. (OTCBB: ECCI), announced today that it has received a Service Agreement and contract with a large metals/smelter refiner.

Per the Service Agreement and contract, Ecoloclean of Texas, Inc. will provide personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies and personal protective equipment to remove 15,000 (fifteen thousand) cubic feet of wet sludge from an Emergency Pond. Ecoloclean will then transfer the sludge to a Drying Pad. The Emergency Pond is a 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand) gallon reservoir that receives acidic liquid and solids as a result of the metal refining process. The scheduled completion date for the services provided by Ecoloclean of Texas, Inc. is expected to be on or before August 20, 2004. Services for this project will be provided in the western United States.
