Industrial Hygiene practice.

ATLANTA, GEORGIA, Feb. 8 -/E-Wire/-- Jeff Margolin, Managing Principal of ENVIRON's Atlanta, Georgia, office, is pleased to announce that David Dahlstrom, C.I.H., has joined ENVIRON as a Principal of the firm, responsible for directing the Industrial Hygiene practice in the Southeastern United States.

Dahlstrom brings to the firm over 25 years of executive and technical management experience in the environmental management and occupational health and safety (OHS) fields, having worked in the "Big 5" accounting, chemical, pharmaceutical, and environmental engineering consulting industries. His expertise is derived from practical work experience as a business owner, Corporate Director, Managing Principal, Regional Office Manager, Litigation Support Strategist, Expert Witness (OHS and Environmental Engineering), Management Systems Consultant, Certified Industrial Hygienist, Analytical Chemist, and QC Microbiologist. A pioneer in the area of worker protection for the chemical incident response and hazardous waste industries, he has made key contributions to this field of practice in the areas of: OHS program management, field investigation, medical surveillance program design, personal protection, monitoring systems, and employee training. He is a published author in several books on the subject and has over 50 presentations to his credit on various related topics.
