HOUSTON, TEXAS, Feb. 10 -/E-Wire/Business Wire/-- Theodore W. Kassinger, deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce, recently presented Michele LaNoue, CEO of Headworks Inc., with the Export Achievement Certificate at a ceremony in Houston.

The Export Achievement Certificate is presented annually to small and mid-sized companies, in which exports increase consistently and account for a significant portion of the company's revenue.
