WHAT: Informal press briefing and question-and-answer session to discuss implications arising from the expected ruling by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWCC) on whether it will settle the landmark federal manatee protection lawsuit filed in January 2000 by a coalition of 18 environmental, animal protection, and public interest organizations against the FWCC.
