EMSL Analytical, Inc. Acquires Hygienetics Asbestos Laboratory

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS, May. 2 -/E-Wire/-- EMSL Analytical, Inc., the largest network of environmental testing laboratories in the nation, has acquired the asbestos laboratory division of Hygienetics Environmental Services, Inc. located in Cambridge, MA. This acquisition does not effect any other division of Hygienetics Environmental Services, Inc. The laboratory currently provides asbestos analytical services by TEM, PLM and PCM and is accredited by NVLAP and certified by numerous New England state agencies.

This business transaction has been both amicable and mutually advantageous to both companies.
