Consortium Service Management Group Inc. Makes Announcement

TEXAS, CORPUS CHRISTI, Mar. 30 -/E-Wire/-- Donald S. Robbins, president and CEO of Consortium Service Management Group Inc. (CSMG)(Pink Sheets:CTUM), a Texas corporation, announced today that the company has entered into a letter of intent to contract with Ridgetown College University of Guelph, an anaerobic farm waste plant, in order to process animal manure.

The plant will produce methane gas for production of electricity, heating for barns, and will produce a by-product of organic fertilizer which is environmentally friendly. Micro-organisms, odor and weed seed are omitted. This is a closed loop system that will recirculate the water for flushing the barns or could be released for irrigation or released to streams. There is no need for large holding cess tanks or lagoons (as are in the south.)

The arrangement with Ridgetown College is that this technology will be used as a research unit for Ontario and for producers to visit and review. The plant will serve as a demonstrator or pilot plant for other plants to be installed in Ontario in order to improve the swine, dairy and poultry industry. CSMG has completed the engineering feasibility study with Ridgetown College.

Mr. Robbins and Mr. Allison have been on site with the USA engineers and experts while they were there working with Ridgetown College management.

Rondeau Anaerobic Inc., a Canadian company, has assisted CSMG and Ridgetown College in negotiations of this arrangement.
