EarthShell Corporation Retains Investor Relations Firm, Capital Group Communications, Inc.

Timing Coincides With Planned EarthShell Packaging Market Launch

SANTA BARBARA, CALIFORNIA, Jun. 28 -/E-Wire/-- EarthShell® Corporation (OTCBB:ERTH - News), innovators of food service packaging designed with the environment in mind, today announced that it has retained Capital Group Communications (CGC) to provide professional investor relations services. EarthShell is currently focused on working with its new licensee, ReNewable Products, Inc. (RPI) and others, as they plan for the re-introduction EarthShell Packaging® plates and bowls to the marketplace, as previously announced on June 17, 2005. As a result, the services of an outside investor relations firm will provide assistance in furnishing essential shareholder information as key strategic business activities develop. The decision to engage CGC was based on the skills and ability of Capital Group to effectively communicate with EarthShell investors and the financial community.

"We believe that the services provided by CGC will be valuable to our business and shareholders," stated Vincent J. Truant, president and chief operating officer of EarthShell Corporation. "Our primary business efforts are focused on working with our new licensee, RPI and other potential licensees to expand manufacturing, marketing and distribution. Concurrently, CGC will provide timely communication to our investors regarding EarthShell licensees and our joint business developments." CGC, with offices in the San Francisco Bay area and San Diego, California, provides public relations, media and investor relations services, with a primary emphasis on broker and shareholder communications. Capital Group operates from a business model that foregoes salaries, hourly rates and expenses for restricted stock.

"CGC is pleased to represent EarthShell and we are committed to effectively communicating and presenting the EarthShell story to our network of brokers, financial newsletters, top industry specific analysts, print and media specialists in addition to EarthShell's shareholders," said Devin J. Bosch, chief executive officer of Capital Group Communications, Inc.

Shareholders and investors may contact CGC to receive public information, including press releases, conference calls, SEC filings, profiles, investor kits and other pertinent information via telephone at (415) 843-0200 or email at [REDACTED-EMAIL].

EarthShell Corporation is engaged in the licensing and commercialization of proprietary composite material technology for the manufacture of foodservice disposable packaging, including cups, plates, bowls, hinged-lid containers, and sandwich wraps. In addition to certain environmental characteristics, EarthShell Packaging is designed to be cost and performance competitive compared to other foodservice packaging materials.

EarthShell sandwich containers, plates, bowls and wraps are designed with the environment in mind. Developed over many years using a "life cycle inventory" and in consultation with leading environmental experts, EarthShell products reduce the environmental burdens of rigid food service packaging through the careful selection of raw materials, processes and suppliers. The products are made primarily from natural limestone and starch from potatoes, wheat or corn. The new packaging poses substantially fewer risks to wildlife than polystyrene foam packaging because it biodegrades when exposed to moisture in nature, physically disintegrates in water when crushed or broken, and can be composted in a commercial facility (where available) or in your backyard.
