Bio-Services International, Inc. Signs Sales Agreement With EnviroClean Technologies, LLC

To Market and Distribute Next Generation Water Disinfectant Products

That Meet or Surpass FDA and EPA Standards --

Without Health or Environmental Hazards of Chlorine

FLORIDA, MIAMI, Apr. 2 -/E-Wire/-- EnviroClean Technologies, LLC, announced that it has signed a Marketing Representative Agreement with Bio-Services International, Inc. that allows Bio-Services (BSI) to market, sell and distribute EnviroClean's product, ECT 2000 to its current customer base within the United States and the international export market.

EnviroClean Technologies, LLC, headquartered in Lexington, NC, has developed the next generation water disinfectant products that meet or surpass FDA/EPA standards. The products -- ECT-2000D for disinfecting drinking water and ECT-2000W for treating wastewater -- serve as a replacement for chlorine, and/or as an alternative disinfectant product, offering all the disinfecting benefits of chlorine without the health or environmental hazards. The product is also a less expensive and more practical substitute for other forms of wastewater treatment, such as reverse osmosis (RO), ultra-violet (UV) or ozone.

Jane P. Burton, CEO/President of Bio-Services stated that "the potential for ECT-2000 as a replacement for chlorine products in the marketplace definitely has merit, both domestically and internationally because the marketplace is definitely ready for a chlorine replacement that is less hazardous and more environmentally friendly."

In December 2000, EnviroClean's ECT-2000 attracted the attention of Bio- Services International, Inc., a well respected company, established 25 years ago to provide custom application specific environmental services to select clients throughout the United States, as well as internationally. Bio-Services International's (BSI) team of experts represent over 60 years experience in environmental research and evaluations, including water quality assessment, toxicology and industrial waste treatment systems evaluations.

The agreement gives BSI exclusive authority to submit bids and/or develop market shares with its current clients located within the United States and the international export market in the following industries: the domestic water, wastewater and industrial treatment industry, citrus processing industry, disinfectant industry, swimming pools, spa and other related industries; offshore drilling and marine industry and any other industries identified and approved by EnviroClean.
