Dr. Kirk's presentation on April 19th at 10:30 a.m. will highlight the Company's revolutionary aluminum-air fuel cell technology. The Company holds the exclusive world-wide rights to this technology for use in portable consumer electronics such as cellular telephones and laptop computers - which the Company anticipates will be its initial target markets.
In addition, the Company will also host an exhibition booth at the Batteries 2001 conference (Booth 8) to allow top Trimol Group executives to meet with original equipment manufacturers, end users and product development engineers to discuss the commercialization of this exciting technology.
Dr. Kirk=s second presentation in April will take place at the The Knowledge Foundation Third Annual International Symposium for Small Fuel Cells and Battery Technologies for Portable Power Applications, April 22-24 at the Renaissance Hotel, in Washington, D.C. where the Company will also have an exhibition booth.
ADr. Kirk's presentation before these two symposiums will powerfully illustrate the importance of the Company's aluminum-air fuel cell technology@ said Alexander M. Gordin, Chief Executive Officer of Trimol Group, Inc.
Entitled AThe Advantages and Viability of Aluminum-Air Fuel Cells for Portable Electronic Devices@ Dr. Kirk's presentation will take place at 12:00 p.m. on Monday April 23rd at the Washington, D.C. conference. At 12:30 p.m., immediately following Dr. Kirk's presentation, the Company will host the Speaker Roundtable Power Luncheon at the conference. This luncheon is an opportunity for conference participants to meet one-on-one with Dr. Kirk and the other conference speakers to discuss the day=s hot topic - portable power issues.
Both conferences will focus on the latest advancements in research, technology development and commercialization of portable power sources. Recognized as premier symposiums in this area, both conferences are designed to highlight the latest information on the development of cost-effective, ecologically friendly and efficient fuel cells.
The Company's aluminum-air fuel cell technology, which has been under research and development for the past five years by scientists at Aluminum-Power, Inc., a Toronto, Ontario fuel cell development company, has demonstrated the highest power density of any battery on the market. Scientists at Aluminum-Power have been able to overcome several technological problems that have prevented success of the previous efforts of others attempting to commercialize aluminum-air fuel cells. Dr. Kirk will address the ground breaking research of Aluminum-Power during his presentations.
Individuals, whether members of the news media, financial community or manufacturing industry, who wish to meet with Trimol Group executives at either of these conferences, are invited to contact Rafael Ferry, Vice President of Marketing at Trimol Group, Inc. at [REDACTED-PHONE], extension 224, or at [REDACTED-PHONE] or [REDACTED-EMAIL] to arrange a meeting.
