EARTHQUAKES MANIFESTATION OF PLANETARY EXPANSION
TUCSON, ARIZONA, Dec. 29 -/E-Wire/-- Richard Guy in his Book "The Expanding Earth" relates that Earthquakes are a manifestation of Planetary Expansion. Earthquakes are crustal tension releases in the earth expansion process. Guy notes that all river valleys are earthquake expansion faults and we as engineers build Dams and Bridges across rivers and wonder why they fail?
Bridges have fallen into the Mississippi River, a major earthquake fault. The largest earthquake shock in North America in 1811-1812 occurred at New Madrid, Missouri on the Mississippi. Scientists are still puzzled by the New Madrid earthquake occurring, as it did, in the middle of the Continent. Guy sees the Mississippi as the most obvious fracture point for a major earthquake shock i.e. in the middle of the continent. This continental fracture phenomenon is taking place on other continents.
All landmasses are fragmenting along lines that are, in some cases, known faults or fracture lines. It is not popularly accepted that river valleys are earthquake faults but all the evidence points in that direction. These river valleys are expansion points. The ocean fault lines like the mid Atlantic ridge is the most popular. There are however fault lines running down the middle of the Sea of Cortez and the Red sea. The Red sea is part of the Great African Rift valley. The Sea of Cortez fault runs into the Colorado River Fault and branches out to the west to join the San Andreas Fault. These faults lines act up from time to time adding circumference to the earth. It is difficult to measure the earth's circumferential growth for a number of reasons. The most obvious being that we have always accepted the earth as static i.e. unchanged in dimension. So any measurement we take, now, will have to be measured from henceforth forward. Given the technology we have at present, namely satellites and GPS, any such measurement will take time. The method of measurement to be used will pose, perhaps, the greatest problem.
Seismic creep is an element of earth expansion. Fault lines continue to expand insidiously and this is the reason that many dams and bridges fail mysteriously. All dams leak around the abutments because there is no way an engineer can combat or forecast this seismic creep anomaly. Many older bridges are, just now, being retrofitted against earthquake action. This precaution was never even considered when the bridges were first designed and erected, years ago.
Guy states that the earth has expanded to almost twice its original size. The expansion ratios can be viewed on his web site. Global warming is a fact Guy says. The earth is getting hotter but the heat is coming from the earth's interior. That heat is steadily increasing. As the internal heat increases the earth expansion rate increases. Earthquakes are the manifestation of that expansion. There are approximately 25 earthquakes every day all around the world. Over a period of the average year there are approximately 20000 earthquakes. The expansion probability is more graphic if we view the amount of earthquake activity worldwide. We also know that earthquakes express tensional release of built up crustal stress. As the earth expands it is natural that sea levels must fall. That is actually what is has been happening for millions of years. Guy concludes.
The most interesting outcome of his research is regarding the development of ancient civilizations. Guy states that all ancient civilizations evolved, first in the high mountains of the world. All ancient civilizations made progress from their highland origins, downward, as sea levels receded. The Mesopotamian, Egyptian, Tibetan, Indus, Chinese, Incas and Aztecs civilizations all evolved in highlands around the world. This is an area of research that has been totally overlooked. Nobody has ever looked into the mystery of why all these ancient civilizations first existed on high mountains around the world. It is fascinating to see the linkages between earth expansion receding seas and the development of ancient civilizations throughout history.
Receding seas will necessitate a revision of the Isostatic Rebound Theory. Geologists have been deceived by the earths behavior in the past. The land mass does not rise. Sea levels fall, creating the illusion that the landmass rises. This geological misinterpretation is due to the fact that the earth is expanding. Earth expansion has never been conceived as a possibility in the past. The Isostatic Rebound Theory, therefore, proposes the exact opposite of what is really taking place.
Guy challenges the Isostatic Rebound Theory and states that it will have to be revisited in light of what he has found. Guy feels that the challenge is healthy because if a theory has flaws then any other theories built on that premise will also be flawed.
Because we refuse to accept that the Earth is Expanding, subduction has been proposed to justify a static earth. Subduction is a flawed theory and it will deceive yet another generation until it is debunked. We have to stop now and take a look at new theories and revise, examine, explore authenticate and then accept or reject. This is a true scientific approach. We just can't keep on teaching flawed theories to the young. We have to open up the portals to other concepts and ideas.
I don't see why earth expansion and receding seas is such a difficult concept to grasp. We are aware that all continents were once covered with oceans. Where have all these oceans gone? The answer to that question is what earth expansion is all about? That alone should give us a clue.
Guy is a structural engineer who has built highways, airports, docks, harbors and oil refineries on lands that were deserted by the receding sea. His experience and observations are worldwide.
