Rhino Ecosystems Partners With Watts Industries

CANADA, ONTARIO, Apr. 16 -/E-Wire/-- Rhino Ecosystems Inc. (RHNC), the manufacturer of the patented line of Wet Waste Interceptors, is pleased to announce that a long-term sales, marketing, and distribution agreement has been signed with Watts Industries (Canada) Inc., the Canadian subsidiary of the United States based Watts Industries Inc. Watts Industries is a major manufacturer and distributor of plumbing products worldwide with sales in excess of US $516 million during fiscal year 2000.

This agreement allows for a more efficient coverage of the Canadian market through the combined sales effort of the 20 Rhino Dealerships, who concentrate on end user sales, and the 11 Watts Drainage Agents, who typically concentrate on the plumbing wholesale, design and specification markets. Promotion of the complete line of the Rhino Wet Waste Interceptors product line will be a joint effort between both companies.

The signed multi-year agreement calls for annual sales levels, which must be maintained by Watts Industries (Canada) Inc. The technical engineering, purchasing and promotional expertise of Watts Industries will assist Rhino Ecosystems Inc. in its goal of obtaining regulations that will require a Rhino Wet Waste Interceptor to be installed in commercial, industrial and institutional food preparation establishments in Canada.
