Vehicle Emissions Worksheet on Air Surrey Web Site

OHIO, HOLLAND, Apr. 16 -/E-Wire/-- Air Surrey Natural Gas Vehicles, Inc. has expanded the popular "Slash Fuel Costs" worksheet on its web site www.airsurrey.com to include emission reduction estimates.

The new title is "Slash Fuel Costs and Air Pollution". It now calculates both fuel cost savings and emission reductions attainable by using compressed natural gas (CNG) instead of gasoline, diesel fuel, E85 ethanol, or propane (LPG) throughout vehicle service life.

Worksheet calculations employ data from your input and U.S. Department of Energy fuel tables and fuel efficiency/field emissions test reports. "The worksheet demonstrates that CNG significantly lowers both vehicle fuel costs and air-polluting emissions", said James Davis, President. "This worksheet now is even more useful to government and commercial owners and operators of vehicle fleets operating in the 119 U.S. air quality non-attainment areas".
