EAST PEORIA, ILLINOIS, Apr. 23 -/E-Wire/-- Maxam (Trading Symbol:MXAM) today announced a formal expansion of their business and operating focus to meet a changing business climate.
The foundation of the Maxam Business Plan continues to be the recovery of precious metals and identifying a market for the future production of metals. Recent announcements were related to a sand and gravel operation on Maxam's leased property with secondary precious metal recovery and investigating joint venture opportunities. The synergy of mining technologies and associated operations are being integrated into the Maxam plans.
