The Denver-based company is a leader in computer software design for training administration and safety incident tracking. Their PC compliance software has been meeting the needs of more than 20,000 safety, training, environmental and human resource managers nationwide. Their OSHA software consists of four, fully compatible programs. All four programs are available in stand-alone, network, and multi-facility versions, which share a common database and compliance framework.

The acquisition allows Environ.com to integrate RMS Systems' health and safety programs into the company's existing products in waste, refrigerant, air, water, and indoor air quality management, forming the most comprehensive environmental compliance software suite available in the industry.
