FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

PDC Innovative Industries By Request Adds Larger Sterile Box to Product Mix

CORAL SPRINGS, FLORIDA, Feb. 8 -/E-Wire/-- PDC Innovative Industries Inc. (The Company) (OTCBB:PDCI - news) announced today it will start immediately to construct a prototype of a larger sterile box 2000 with tailored alternatives as requested by certain medical sites, based on reports from Clearlake Financial Corp., President Ron Epstein at a meeting last Thursday in Coral Springs.

In addition to Sterile-Box 2000, scheduled to ready for the F.D.A. by March 30, 2001, the company has decided to construct a device that will sterilize and compact contaminated product into one foot square cubes after processing. This machine, measuring 51" tall, 36' wide and 19" deep will accept tubing, heavy bandages and gauze, scalpels of all sizes and other contaminated materials after use in a medical patient environment.

The larger machine had been planned for later this year, according to Dave Sowers, the concept inventor and company founder. After reports from Clearlake Financial indicated strongly that the alternative medical devices could be marketed at the same time as Sterile-Box 2000, based on demand, the company decided to produce a prototype to be completed within 90 days. The machine is planned with bottom rollers for easy movement and size portability. The larger product is expected to meet with strong demand according to Clearlake Financial who is currently targeting the medical markets where the sterile boxes are greatly needed. Clearlake has been leasing medical equipment for the last 12 years, and is targeting the markets for all sterile-box products produced by PDCI. Clearlake Financial operates from a renowned medical center premises in Hialeah, Florida.

A company spokesman stated that the feedback from the medical community has been extremely positive for PDCI. The company now believes that Sterile-Box 2000 will be well received and has been assured by Biopass Medical, Parkland, Florida that the deadline of March 30 will be met with five prototypes built and ready for an F.D.A. schedule of processing. Meanwhile the company will complete designs for other medical device products which are all derivatives of the original design and address specific, repeated needs of the medical industry locations.

Hypo-Sterile 2000, also known as Sterile-Box 2000, is a container for use in a hospital, clinic or medical office location that receives contaminated, disposable syringes and other small devices after use on a patient. The contaminants are subjected to high Fahrenheit temperatures for sterilization and then a compacting process which reduces the materials to the size of a U.S. quarter piece. The residual product remaining after the process is transformed into non-toxic waste able to be disposed of as ordinary trash. The container is expected to compete more than favorably against current bio-hazardous systems, including the standard Sharps Container which creates heavy disposal costs in order to get rid of contaminated product. One of the major, proprietary aspects of Hypo-Sterile 2000 is its portability and simple maintenance needs. There are no desktop sterilizers currently functioning in the medical fields that can be compared to the PDCI container product.
