A new product called Foam Off(TM) is being introduced into Home Depot currently,

Foam Off(TM) is a citrus based "All Purpose Glue Remover' that is designed to quickly soften solvent & latex adhesives, it's initial purpose was to remove flooring adhesives and the rubber backing left behind on floors after the removal of old carpet. Foam-Off also works on residues
