NEW JERSEY, WOODBRIDGE, Jun. 4 -/E-Wire/-- PacificHealth Laboratories, Inc. (NASDAQ: PHLI), announced today they have entered into an exclusive license agreement with
GlaxoSmithKline (NYSE: GSK), the world's largest pharmaceutical company, for

The agreement provides GSK with worldwide rights to the trademarks, technology, patents, and know-how for Satietrol. Under the license agreement, in addition to
product royalties, PHLI will receive an initial payment of $1,000,000 and other
