Etho Power Corporation, STAKEHOLDER NOTICE
CANADA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, KELOWNA, Jun. 5 -/E-Wire/-- Etho Power Corporation is pleased to announce the receipt of a $2.9 million purchase order for a gasifier to process steam plant
from Visy Paper, a division of Vsiy Industries, Australia. Visy is a leading
integrated recycling company converting recyclable materials into paper, cardboard,
and other added value products.
The gasifier will divert Visy's paper mill rejects from going to landfill and use it
as a fuel to make steam for their paper plant, displacing natural gas purchases, and helping Visy be a 100% closed loop recycler.
Mr. Babakaiff, Etho Power's president says "Etho Power has entered into a four year
agreement with Visy worth an estimated $40 million to supply six gasifier or gasifier-to-electricity power plants to Visy companies in Australia and United States.
Etho Power is also experiencing a high level of interest from the forestry, agricultural and paper industry in the USA and Canada for similar solutions to Visy.
Visy is the first of several multi-million dollar orders we expect this year for our
unique gasifier and green distributed power solutions."
Etho Power is also completing testing of its patented high-pressure heat exchanger
and indirectly fired gas turbine at its Kelowna plant this summer. Once demonstrated,
Etho's markets and potential revenues will increase to include electrical power
