Environmental Solutions Worldwide Issues Corporate Update

CANADA, ONTARIO, MARKHAM, Jun. 6 -/E-Wire/-- Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc. (OTCBB:ESWW), a company that develops, manufactures and markets environmental

technologies, today issued a corporate update relative to its internal and external

testing of its Enviro-Cat(TM) and Clean CatÂ® products, its ongoing financing

initiatives and the proposed additions to its executive management team.

Environmental Solutions product testing was launched in April and May 2001 in

conjunction with potential clients that include a major automotive manufacturer and

several retrofit and replacement distributors in both the United States and Europe.

These prospective customers requested in-house testing be performed prior to their

placement of orders. Initial results of the testing have been favorable; comprehensive

results are expected to be available and announced shortly.

Bengt Odner, Chairman of ESWW, commented, "We have been rapidly moving toward

increasing our present sales volume and have been successful at attracting the

attention of several notable companies. With the requested testing reflecting positive

results, we are confident that our products will demonstrate that they will perform at

optimal levels for each of the respective new customers' engines and ultimately result

in enhanced order flow to Environmental Solutions.'

Continuing, Odner added, "Delivery of our Enviro-Cat and Clean Cat products to

existing customers continues to earn the Company high marks for fulfilling orders

timely and efficiently.'

The Company reported that management is in discussions with potential strategic

funding partners for long-term financing of our operations.

In addition, Environmental Solutions noted that presently it is in advanced

negotiations with a high profile professional executive with extensive experience

operating within the automotive parts industry, and hopes to announce his addition to

the management team in the next several weeks.
