Client First Associates Wins "Greatest Client Satisfaction'' Award in 2001 Best of the Best Contest

ProSavvy's McDonald Council, a prestigious industry advisory group of senior-level executives from companies like Hasbro, Texaco and Sterling Chemicals, evaluated the nominations for the 2001 Best of the Best Awards and concluded that Client First Associates would be honored as the winner of the Best of the Best Award for "Greatest Client Satisfaction.'

"Everyone knows that repeat business costs less and increases margins, but I see few organizations today really making a concerted effort to capture repeat business,' adds Lippie, who seems to fully understand how his smaller company stays competitive.

An example of how Client First retains repeat business is their most recent project with Tyco Healthcare Ludlow, where a new program was needed to reduce receivables outstanding. After six weeks of analysis, team building and departmental initiatives, the results are in. "Two months since the program has been implemented, our day's receivables outstanding has declined by nearly 10% and Client First played an integral role in making this happen,' says Tony Borowicz, vice president of finance at Tyco Healthcare Ludlow.

And Dave Mitchell, director of customer service at MetTel, who nominated Client First Associates for the "Greatest Client Satisfaction' Award, says, "Client First Associates was instrumental in the development of our Customer Service Department and Training process, and they deserve all the recognition they receive -- I just hope they don't get too big and expensive to assist us in the future.'
