Napier Obtains Injunction

CANADA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, VANCOUVER, Jul. 18 -/E-Wire/-- Napier Environmental Technologies Inc.(TSE:NIR.T-NIR) announces that it has obtained an injunction from the Supreme Court of British Columbia which found that certain former employees had continuing fiduciary obligations and ordered that these former employees and their affiliated company cease and desist in the manufacture, development and distribution of products similar to those produced by Napier.

Napier will continue to vigorously pursue any parties who infringe on property rights or who breach agreements or other obligations with respect to confidentiality and non-competition.
