Napier Environmental Technologies: Distribution Centralized for Europe

CANADA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, VANCOUVER, Aug. 8 -/E-Wire/-- Napier Environmental Technologies Inc. (TSE:NIR) is pleased to announce the opening of a new European Distribution and Service Center in Rotterdam as of August 1st.

This facility should greatly increase our ability to service our European customer base on a timely basis while allowing Napier to control its inventories and receivables. In addition this arrangement will reduce shipping costs and management fees when compared to the previous arrangements.

Napier has also recently finalized distribution agreements with the following firms:

Quintek is an Ontario based distributor of surface preparation equipment and systems that service the Historical Building Preservation industry in Canada and the United States. Quintek's management estimates that shipments of Napier products into this industry could run to 30,000 gallons per year.

Staubo Industrial and Marine Supply

Napier has reached agreement with Staubo to represent the Company in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and Thailand in all industry markets, except aviation. Staubo supplies fire suppression systems and general monitoring equipment across a wide set of industries and are very excited about the Napier line. Now that the agreement is in place we expect to see orders within the month.
