ENSR International Forms Joint Venture with RSK Environment: Acquires Interest in Leading UK Environmental and Energy Consulting Firm

Expands Global Environmental Services with Focus on International Oil and Gas Industry

WESTFORD, MASSACHUSETTS, Aug. 8 -/E-Wire/-- ENSR International, a leading worldwide environmental services firm, has initially acquired a 26% interest in RSK Environment, a UK-based environmental and energy consulting company. At the same time, ENSR International merged its UK subsidiary, ENSR UK, into RSK Environment. The new entity will be known as RSK ENSR.

Formed in 1989 to provide environmental services to the oil and gas industry, RSK is now one of the leading environmental services companies for the oil, gas and power industry. RSK and affiliates have offices throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Former Soviet Union and have completed environmental projects related to offshore and onshore oil and gas exploration and pipelines for international energy clients in over 40 countries.
