37Point9 Signs 5 Million Dollar Funding Agreement With Alpha Venture Capital, Inc.

CALIFORNIA, SAN DIEGO, Oct. 31 -/E-Wire/-- 7Point9 (OTCBB:TSPN) announced today that the company has received an immediate $5,000,000 funding commitment via Structured Equity Funding Line Financing from Alpha Venture Capital, Inc. (Alpha Funds), a private equity fund, specializing in providing financing to emerging mid-cap and small-cap companies. The commitment is for one year with an automatic extension of 12 months. The terms of the agreement provide that The Alpha Funds be required to purchase from 37Point9 through a Regulation D Common Stock Private Equity Line up to $5,000,000 of its common stock.

This funding will allow 37Point9 to move forward more rapidly than anticipated by bringing the necessary funds to Acquagiene Products Unlimited and Cerno Holdings, both subsidiaries of 37Point9. Acquagiene Products now anticipates the acceptance of orders of its UB-1 Ultimate Bidet with delivery in December. Initial orders will be accepted from its web site http://www.ubhygiene.com which will debut on the World Wide Web on November 1, 2001. Cerno Holdings has indicated that the Phase Two testing of its SurfaceShield product is scheduled for commencement next week. This highly anticipated anti-microbiogical disinfectant has brought forth world wide inquiries to the company and is projected to be distributed in early 2002.
